It features a news item display on the home page and submen column on other pages to allow quick navigation without cluttering the page.

This is a CMS (Content Management System) based web site it allows ABC to create new pages, edit content and remove pages using their web browser (eg Internet Explorer). If they add a news item it is automatically added to their site and removed when the expiry date is reached. The navigation system creates itself so ABC do not need to worry about keeping this up to date.
Centec Ltd 
This is a none CMS web site; Ezy Web Solutions looks after the maintenance of the site so that Centec staff can continue to do what they do best which is helping the local community.
