File Conversion
When sharing your documents with people and other business on the Internet, you need to ensure that your information is in a format that can be accessed by other people. The most common format for sharing documentation with other people on the Internet are HTML and PDF.

Documents
Web pages are information saved in HTML format, these types of documents work well with small amounts of information or a series of small chunks of information linked together. They can provide an introduction before linking to your full brochure or technical specification in PDF format that works well with small and large documents.
Graphics
Typically graphics such as logos and diagrams will be saved in a format such as WMF (uses objects rather than dots to make an image), however web browsers can only handle bitmap images (GIF, JPG, PNG) so to share your logo or a diagram it will need converting to a GIF, JPG or PNG image first. We can also help do the opposite it may be that you would like a bitmap image converting into a WMF, we have specialist software that can make that possible.

Please note that we have listed the common conversions above, it is however quite possible to do other conversions, such as Word to GIF or Word to PowerPoint, depending on the contents and desired usage. Also whilst we are able to convert a document to FlashPaper we have not easy conversion process to convert FlashPaper to any other format.
